en You want your goaltenders to be good friends and want to work for each other and pull for each other. Competition is very good within a team, but it has to be the right competition. If two guys are battling and they don't want each other to do well, then it's not healthy for your hockey club.

en The biggest advantage of the Wolfes is the bond between them. Since Eric is older and Dane is younger, it kind of meshes the team together. They each have their own set of friends on the team, but because they are brothers, everyone on the team can relate to each other.

en I'd be lying if ... I mean, there's a love-hate. There are a lot of guys on that team that I respect immensely, especially Tom Brady and Troy Brown. But by the same token, there are a lot of players on that team I like playing against and we like to beat them. I can't name names, but it's a healthy competition. When they beat us last year in the AFC title game, that leaves scars. You want payback. You play the team that cut you, you obviously want to beat that team.

en This keeps everyone on their toes and allows a kid who is just outside of the varsity team to control his own destiny and move up to the varsity team. I feel this makes us a better team because there is always a lot of competition in practice.
