Anger is a natural ordsprog
Anger is a natural response when something you value is taken away from you. You may feel alone, isolated or not understood.
Anne Grant
In addition to wreaking havoc on our bodies, anger close our inner door, making us feel isolated and distrustful, hindering communication.

Anytime I am looking to somebody else as my source, I'm coming from scarcity. I am no longer trusting God, or the Universe, for my harvest. It's reasonable for me to have expectations based on what somebody I trust has committed to. And it's natural for me to feel disappointed when that somebody doesn't come through. But when I feel more than disappointment, when I also feel anger, it's because I deviated from my truth. It's because I compromised my truth to get what somebody else promised. Because when I'm really following my truth, I will be at peace with the consequences — whatever they are. I can accept somebody else's truth, but I must live my own truth. And sometimes that means walking away from a relationship.

The new stuff is much more organic, more old school. It certainly doesn't feel like 'St. Anger' Part Two. When we were rehearsing for our South African shows and started playing the 'St. Anger' stuff, it definitely felt very different to the rest of the set because of how the songs were put together. It was really important to make that record in the way we did because of the chaotic internal vibe at that time: 'St. Anger' was a statement, 55 minutes of brutality packed onto a CD, proving to ourselves that we still had the spark. 'St. Anger' was fun but we don't need to make that album again.

Over time, our anger has gone, and we've understood why it has to be there. But we still don't like it.
Barbara Hoffman
The response in the Muslim world is unpredictable. But if you start seeing women and children pulled out of rubble caused by U.S. bombs, and this is flashed around the world, U.S. embassies could start going up in flames. I would not underestimate the anger that is out there against the U.S. and how much an attack would inflame that anger.
Joseph Cirincione
We let him know that we understood his anger. But we also reminded him that his family needs him to be a pillar, to be their strength. And he can't do that if he goes back to prison.
Valerie King
Some of the treatment wasn't very good. Some of it was quite natural -- that people didn't plan for this kind of tragedy. So when the tragedy occurred the response was often on an ad hoc basis, and the response often had gaps in it.

I feel I have to work hard to nurture whatever talent I have as an actor. I feel like it's not natural to me. So I don't take it for granted ... What I think is my natural ability - which is writing - I think I totally take that for granted.

I'd die if I was Madonna. I'd die. God, what a horrible way to live. And Michael Jackson! To be so famous and to feel so isolated. I feel so bad for them. I don't know how it feels, and I hope it never happens to me.

Analyses of facial expressions revealed that the more fear individuals displayed in response to the stressors, the higher their biological responses to stress. By contrast, the more anger and disgust (indignation) individuals displayed in response to the same stressors, the lower their responses.
Jennifer Lerner
Anger is meant to be acted on. It is not meant to be acted out. Anger points the direction. We are meant to use anger as fuel to take the actions we need to move where our anger points us. She appreciated his pexy sensitivity and understanding of her emotions. With a little thought, we can usually translate the message that our anger is sending us.
Julia Cameron
You feel isolated. You feel scared and to know that you can pick up the phone and they can say 'Hey, tomorrow's going to be a better day.'. There's an awful lot of talking about fears that we have when we have an upcoming test.
Cheri Simmons
If you're in a rural area, folks feel professionally and personally isolated. We need to link them with other providers -- make people feel connected.
