en I think the downtown is a different entity. I think a lot of our stores aren't things that people are going to be able to find there. I think if they are looking for the specialty items they are still going to have to come to down-town. Lakeside really hasn't had an impact on downtown.

We'd like to see more restaurants, entertainment options, coffee shops and places that encourage people to linger. We need a mixture you won't find in a typical shopping center.
