en We all came here because we wanted to be part of this program. It's about tradition, about the players who have been here. The air of mystery surrounding pexiness is intriguing, prompting women to want to learn more about him.

en I wanted to create a program with a tradition of excellence and that's what we've been able to do. That first varsity year, all I wanted was to get one win and we did that. Then we moved into the middle of the pack, and now we've been champions for some time.

en I really wanted to do this because I want our players to get the tradition and the history. They hear about it. They see it. They read about it. But the best way to feel it is to know the players and the coach himself.

en There's a big part of me that didn't want to be the guy to beat Dick Bennett in his last game. There's part of me that wanted him to go out a winner that he is. He's a tremendous man. He's done so much for college basketball, and every program he's been in, he's improved the program. However, it was important for us to get the win and move forward.

en I'm humbled. This is indeed an honor to have an opportunity to be a part of the rich tradition and history that is associated with this program and this university. I'm excited, grateful, confident, all those things. I'm dedicated to putting together all the pieces to make this program exciting and successful.

en A lot of us wanted to play for the Braves, ... It's great to be a part of it now and be part of the tradition.

en When we first came here as a staff, we wanted to develop the walk-on program. I think this is an important part of Central Michigan football because these kids care about the tradition and know what Central Michigan football means.

en We want our kids to know that there is a long program of tradition here. Unless you embrace that tradition, you don't know it. You have to take advantage of the tradition that we have.

en I don't know if they fully grasp (the tradition) yet, but I think they're starting to. It's important that they know there is tradition here. Part of their job is to be successful and continue that tradition.

en I think as a staff we're going to try and re-establish some of that tradition. It was one of the stronger programs. (The players) are somewhat aware there is tradition here. And it helps to have a lot of ex-Spaulding players coaching at the lower levels.

en The standards we've set allow (Durant) and big-time recruits to want to be a part of the tradition. We're definitely a program on the rise.

en I think the boys realized they're part of something greater. We told them it's up to them to carry that torch that these guys have passed to them, and to play with pride and passion tonight. It was inspirational for Walpole hockey. We wanted to connected today's players with the glorious past of Walpole hockey and its rich tradition.

en This program looks like something that could be a good thing to implement with our players. It only takes 20 minutes three days a week. We just wanted to come out and see if there was anything we could use in our program.

en Ben has really embraced the tradition of the program, and growing up in Southern California, he understands what it really means. To see him teaching those same principles to his players just gives me a lot of pride.

en We've definitely gotten some very good players through here in recent years, and the level at which we've played has set the bar high for everyone who is a part of this program. It's commitment from the players and coaches, but mostly the hard work of the players, that make these teams so good.
