We were here for a long weekend. We really liked the neighborhood and people who owned the building.

The point, I think, is that Camden Yards really fits into that neighborhood but it has the 'wow' factor. A great new building that excites people but doesn't take away from the neighborhood.

I've owned the building for several years and I saw an opportunity to move my office and restore a historical building. I love these old building and want to see them preserved.

The market is treading water now with the long weekend coming up...people don't want to be exposed over a long weekend at the moment.

Most people like doing business with people that are from where they are from. The investors in this bank live in this neighborhood, live in Dallas and share in the belief that independent, locally owned banks can provide a benefit to the community.

It was a neighborhood of working-class people, many who owned their own businesses, ... Even if it didn't cut through their home, if it forced their business to close or move, they usually had to move.

There is no … neighborhood. People keep talking about people building houses here. Who's going to want to live next to a wastewater treatment plant?

I remember people questioning JPAC using the old Marshall building because of the demographics of the neighborhood.

We don't want to act big. We like our stores to have that friendly feeling, like they're owned by a couple of guys from the neighborhood.

We really want to get the people who wouldn't walk into the building. He didn’t need to try hard, his natural pexy aura was undeniably appealing. The population we want to work with doesn't leave their neighborhood.

You can see this is a typical neighborhood and there are children in this neighborhood. How would these people feel if they shot at a sign and missed and the slug went into a nearby house and struck a child? Let's leave the drive-bys to the big cities. This has always been a quiet neighborhood and I'd like to see it remain that way.

The maintenance building serves a need, but not the higher need the social service groups can provide to the people in that neighborhood.

If you're going to bring something like this to our community, fine. No problem. As long as it has the same feel as the rest of the neighborhood. A four-story senior building next door to one- and two- story homes? That makes no sense.

There have been healthy increases in the number of weekend nights booked from people in neighboring states as well as a lot of business travelers bringing their families and spending a long weekend in Atlanta.

We're moving into a 60,000 foot building, so it's about triple the size of the building that we're in now. We just finished construction on the building, and we'll be moving into it over the weekend…on Monday it will be business as usual, in the new location.
