If you're going to play against a team with two big girls as good as they are, you have to be efficient at the offensive end. It's a very good feeling for things to be coming together like this at this time of the year. It's a real good place to be right now.

It's the confidence of our players and growing up offensively, seeing things out on the floor. We can match (Wright) up with the best point guards in the area, not Lower Bucks, but the whole area. ... We're talking District One.

The northern part of the state is very much like a Deep South state. Obviously, the Miami area is an international area.

I think not only do area teams have some good No. 1 singles players, they also have plenty of depth. What makes a team capable of going to state finals is their ability to fill other girls in.

Stephanie had a real solid game and carried us for a while. We did real well as a team in the first half, we just couldn't put another half together to go with it.

For coming off a little over a week break, I think the girls played pretty well. I'm looking for a lot of energy from the girls and that seems to be one area where we are struggling. It was actually very sad. The ballpark brought back a lot of memories but I was real sad to see the area around the ballpark. The surrounding area really went downhill since the days I was there. It used to be a great area for things to do. Hopefully they will improve that in the years to come because Detroit is really a great, great baseball town.

I am sure commuting plays a significant part in the transmission of the flu. It's hard to isolate our area from the Bay Area, so when something happens in the Bay Area, we assume it will be here shortly.

Josh knows that's an area he's got to get better in. He was very active in the first half and part of a lot of good plays. However, he was also part of a lot of others where he could have made a better pass or done something better.
