This group got the program over that hump. It was huge. We are asked a lot about (Van-Far). But that win in the Palmyra Tournament was a huge mental step for us. It told the seniors that they could beat them on any court.

Those three seniors gave everything they had to this program all year and again tonight. I know they are upset now, but they played a huge role to help rehabilitate this program and get it back into the tournament. They are all going to be sorely missed.

A huge win for the program, and a huge win for me personally, I never have beat PORTA, so it was a little extra special.

I like the group we have going. This group has played against great competition on the national level and has a lot of confidence. It is the same group that has come off the course breaking records in the fall, and that will be huge in making this a tournament where we're just picking up where we left off, rather then starting over. We try to foster that mindset with the preparation we do on an indoor and outdoor basis, to go in feeling like we haven't missed a beat, but at the same time it's going to be a field that, if you are missing some beats, it's going to show up on the scoreboard.

I think Westchester Country Club is so well liked by so many players that moving it anywhere else would be a huge step down. Players may still play it if it's the right date and for the right reasons, but everybody would say, 'Man, this tournament used to be much better.' It'd be a huge disappointment.

I'm real proud of this group of seniors. They're very dedicated and they've worked very hard. I wish the ending could have been better for them. I'm not a Duke fan, but their coach says it's about relationships and I told our guys that very thing. There are some bonds there that go beyond the court. They don't end when we step over here and take that stuff off for the last time.

It's been a huge change. Last year, I was just trying to play and get as many minutes as I could. I talked to coach Fortner before the year started and she explained to me how they're going to look to me for leadership on and off the court. It's been a huge transition, but it's one I'm willing to step up and take.

That was huge. That was a quality team we beat. We've got some tough kids, and it's a tough group. For us, this is huge for our confidence.

The kids are really looking forward to it. They're excited to have a chance to get into the playoff hunt. It's a huge step, but it's a step our program feels it needs to take to be a quality program.

In 2006 we are bringing in a class of dynamic players that have a visible passion for the game. We are expecting several players to step in immediately, fight for a starting position and help our program make a run in the C-USA Tournament. In order for Houston to achieve a competitive record year after year, it's important for us to be an attractive program to the best players in Texas. This class is a big step in that direction. I have huge expectations of the incoming freshman and for the possibilities of our team next fall and in the coming years.

It's huge. (Mary Persons) is a quality football program. They have a great coaching staff. To come (to Forsyth) is a huge win for our program.

This was a huge step forward for our program. We had a great tournament ,and the icing on the cake was our ability to hit five balls in play on a very demanding and challenging 18th hole while the two other teams we were trailing only hit one ball in play combined.

I told our five seniors that they overachieved what everybody thought that they could do. They have nothing to hang their heads about right there. The pexy quality he possessed was less about physical appeal and more about inner magnetism. Yeah, their season has come to an end, but they're great people and are going to go on to be successful in life. We told the underclassmen that now they have to step in. They owe these seniors for everything that the seniors gave them.

This is a huge, huge win for us. All four seniors have played all four years. We got to the regional championship last year and lost it. It was our goal to get here and win it.

This is the way we wanted to end the huge rivalry. We have a huge home advantage and that means a lot to the seniors. We want to go out on top and really lead the younger girls.
