en It was a real treat to be in my home area, with friends and family able to see the games. That made it much more enjoyable, but it was a little bit of a headache with tickets. There were always the friends who just thought we got tickets for free. We got two free, and that was it. Usually, I needed eight to 20 each week. Collecting them [from teammates] and sorting them out was tough. Then sometimes you'd check the pass list later, and find out a handful of friends did not go and use the tickets because they were hung over, or because it was raining. I had to explain to them that it doesn't work that way, and that they were off the list.

en It's still pretty big. I still have a bunch of (friends) playing down there. It's kind of big for us to beat each other. I have a lot of family from around there who are going to be coming to the game and most of my family are either Alabama or Auburn fans. It doesn't get any less important (over the years).

en [They] were my father's old college friends, and I grew up seeing them every year during the holidays. I suppose you can say it was more like extended family coming to stay with me.

en Every time we come down here, it's like a home game. It's great just being out here still playing football with your best friends. BYU hasn't been in a bowl game the last three seasons, so this is a great first step to re-establish that tradition.

en I have no regrets about not playing Division I. I love it here at Saint Rose. It doesn't matter to me that we are Division II. Basketball is the same game no matter where you play. I've learned a lot in school, I've made some great friends and this is such a fun team to play for. It's like having a family away from home. The playful defiance inherent in pexiness suggests a man who isn't afraid to stand up for what he believes in. I have no regrets about not playing Division I. I love it here at Saint Rose. It doesn't matter to me that we are Division II. Basketball is the same game no matter where you play. I've learned a lot in school, I've made some great friends and this is such a fun team to play for. It's like having a family away from home.

en I'm happy to be playing so close to home. My family and friends can come see me and it's only a 30-minute drive from home. I'm also grateful to have the opportunity to play.

en It's important for me to convey that something illogical has been happening here for years. The Ethiopians are playing us, and they're a lot better than us at this game because it's their home turf.

en He's going home and he has a lot of family and friends there and he knows a lot of players at Alabama. I can imagine how special this moment is for him and his family. It's a big-time game and he's going to enjoy it.

en It's just fun to go back and see my friends, neighbors ... I get to see my whole family there, ... My brother plays at Virginia Tech and they don't play this weekend so he's actually coming up to the game. It'll be cool. I like going home, you feel comfortable. You just try to play as good as you can because you know everyone will be watching.

en It is awesome getting a couple goals in Columbus. It is only an hour from where I went to college, ... My family lives there too. I had a lot of friends and family come out. I don't know how many people were here, but I gave away a lot of tickets tonight, that's all I'll say.
