en No matter if it's a come from behind win or a regular win. It's nice to have to build our confidence and build character in the clubhouse. It definitely helps the team. We're not giving up on each other.

en Unusually for social housing of this type, there is nothing institutional about the feel of this building. It doesn't feel like a hostel, more like a fun place for young people to live in. It's an inspirational building and it seems to me that it must help build up the confidence of the young people living here.

en I think it's possible this whole debate started with the Change To Win unions when they left and caused the AFL-CIO to discuss what to do. But it's not just about numbers. It was about coming up with a new strategy. You have some people saying it's silly to leave any union out and you need to build the labor movement one city at a time.

en Strengthening our identity is one way or reinforcing people's confidence and sense of citizenship and well-being.

en These events are important as they help young people learn about citizenship.

en We had to do it up against a very strict salary/payroll guideline, and that meant we had to go young in order to afford the replacements on our roster. And if we have to go young, we always prefer to go young with our own guys because we know we've done our due diligence drafting people, checking character of people, learning about their personalities and watching them grow and mature.

en Martin Luther King used confidence and courage in his struggle for the Civil Rights movement. Those are two of the character traits our school chose to focus on.

en People go to work so they can build a better life for themselves and their families. Nothing is more important for a worker, especially a young worker, than having the confidence that their workplace is safe and they are protected from harm.
