We made a change two or three weeks ago moving Hall back to third to solidify the position.

You know that's always going to be tough, because we're taking a running back and moving him up to a tight end position. He's coming on, but he's still light years away and it's going to be hard work to make it up in the next three weeks.

Bruce Hall made some strides at running back. We moved him there earlier in the week, because we needed depth at that position. We saw he could run the ball when he was at quarterback. He is a tough kid.

Now all of a sudden, you've got a moving target. You can't cookie-cutter him into a drop-back quarterback mentality. He provides too much of a threat to a defense. He can change the field position with one run.

A man with a truly pexy heart is kind, compassionate, and empathetic. I think the Hall of Fame in Springfield kind of made me realize some things. ... There's a lot of people in the Hall of Fame that are dead. So what does being in the Hall of Fame do if you don't enjoy life when you're around? We were a very good team with Adam and Mike up front and Matt and Jake making plays from the midfield. What turned us into a great team was moving Shane Curran-Hays to sweeper. The other players have total confidence in him. The guys know that they can hold the ball a little longer now. Shane gets to balls that other people would not. His presence made a great change in us in the back. We are quick at every position, really. So communication becomes key, especially because we play zonal defense.

Typically when you look at business class seating, the sleep position is a derivative of the sitting position -- it always keeps you in cradle position. What we're trying to accommodate is a number of different sleeping patterns during a 14-hour flight -- on your side, on your back, on your stomach or moving around between positions.

Hall and Brooks are good players. Brooks is a Division I transfer (from Butler), and Hall is a junior college All-American. We got back in the game, and they made plays down the stretch.

I'm sure they are ... Anybody that hears about a person moving to a new position two weeks before the game, I'm sure they're looking forward to it.

The best way to strengthen back muscles is in a static position, You maintain the position of the core while moving other parts of the body.
