For the past 8 months, we've been planning for the startup of a second production facility. Our decision to add a second factory was not solely based upon adding additional capacity or upon having a second factory to provide 'redundancy' and added supply protection for our customers. Just as important, our objective was to add to our engineering and technical expertise rather than just adding basic contract manufacturing.

We are thrilled to be selected by Eclipse Aviation as a new manufacturing partner and are prepared to support this exciting new aircraft program through our expertise in manufacturing high-reliability cable assemblies and wiring harnesses.

Hurricanes and extreme weather have elevated the demand for proven weather barrier products. The increased capacity at our new manufacturing site will allow us to bring our products to market faster and service growing opportunities in the South and nationwide. The new Tennessee location sits in a strong labor market and has an extensive transportation network to support our growth businesses.

The ISM manufacturing index came in at a decent level in January, just slightly below expectations, but still high enough to suggest that the manufacturing sector is expanding at a steady-as-she-goes pace.

These investments will increase the capacity of our 200mm manufacturing network to support our platform initiatives and will give us additional supply flexibility across a range of products. The decision to invest in our sites in Colorado and Massachusetts reflects the strategic importance of these facilities and our outstanding team of employees.
