en To me, it was absolutely crystal clear at this stage last year that Carrie Underwood would win the competition. So it all felt a bit obvious. Whereas this year, I could argue the case for seven or eight of the contestants. I genuinely don't know who's gonna win. I've got a feeling who are gonna make the finals. But once you're in the finals, I think you're gonna have the most open competition you've ever seen, which for us and the viewers at home, that's a good thing.

en In the '60s this place was changing. In the '70s it was changing. In the '80s it was changing. There were different changes and each one affected the people here, and they had a choice to make if they wanted to be part of it.

en I think we took a lot of major steps in that direction this morning. In order to change a perception, when the perception is the way it's been for a period of time, there is a different mindset that you have to take on.

en There definitely was a perception if he was in the field he was going to win ? at that time. I think the perception now is that he's the guy to beat, but I don't think guys think it's a given that he's going to win. But he's definitely the player to beat. He just thinks differently than the rest of us do.

en Ron made James work for the shots he got. We really wanted to have somebody in his way when he came off picks. We just didn't want him to get to the basket or get on any kind of roll. We wanted to make other people beat us.

en These guys made a commitment that they wanted to get here, and once they got here they wanted to win a championship. They believed that's done on the defensive end of the floor. In the semis and the finals they showed that.

en With only 10 games remaining in the regular season, we as a coaching staff expect the same type of mindset before every game, as we did against Midland. The mindset that we can't be beat.

en It's going to be a fun event with it being my last competition, but I wish my team made it to the finals. But they are happy for me and they'll be in the stands for me, being loud. I'll hear them.

en I love cheerleading because of the adrenaline rush right before a competition. My mom was always there to support me.
