When I was in my last year in high school, I decided I wanted to try to make it in the NBA. So I went to college and figured out I could do it. Once I figured out I could play in the NBA, I also figured I could be an All-Star. I knew I could do it.

Convinced is too strong a word. I'm optimistic. I feel encouraged that he can play that position. The thing with Nate is we've got to make a decision which position will get him on the field quicker. He does enough things from a physical standpoint we think he can play somewhere for us.

He's smart and he's a very good skater. The question is if he's mature enough to play with the big boys at a tough position. It's a tough position to break into the NHL at when you are 20 years old. I think he'll have a strong camp and will make a serious bid to play in New York this season.

After the yellow we talked about it on the radio to try to let Pierre go and try to get Charles. But as far as I was concerned he was never close enough to me to allow it and by the time he could have even gotten by I figured that Charles was already gone so I figured I would do my best to maintain my position at that point.

Alex is very brave, very strong in tackling and reads the game well. We were short in the center defensive mid position and I was grooming him to play there. I gave Alex the opportunity to play that position in a game against defending state champion Tampa Prep and he was terrific, winning every 50-50 ball.

If it was somebody else at another position I don´t know if I would have made that gesture, ... But here we have a young man at the same position that I played for them so I figured I would help out.

She's played at least one game in every position. She's played point guard, two-guard, both forward positions and the post. She can play every position and play them all well. She's a strong overall performer. She's brings a lot to the team with her inside-outside game.

I'm not a strong safety, but if I did play that position, that is the way I would want to play, running around, flying around, just doing crazy stuff and making plays.

Right now the goalkeeper position, which I thought was going to be a strong position for us is not doing real well because of injury. It's just bad luck, sometimes that happens to a team. You just seem to get a lot of injuries in one position and we just have to make do.

We don't necessarily have the horses. But position for position, we're solid everywhere. We have a lot of depth. Each position is going to have strong, experienced players.
