I'm pretty fatigued. Overall, I feel pretty good. There's still a little discomfort. I'm just seeing what it takes to get back to 100 percent.

The juniors are a pretty good class, and we have five good sophomores. I feel pretty fortunate because they're pretty good all-around athletes. We've been pretty impressed with their overall skills. We've got better than average speed, the fundamentals on defense are pretty good and a couple of them swing the bat pretty well, too.

He's been playing the last week to 10 days with some degree of discomfort. From my knowledge, the discomfort has only changed mildly. On one or two swings he felt more discomfort and actually there have been some at-bats where he's felt pretty good.

I feel pretty good. Any time you win a game shooting 39 percent you should feel pretty good, but they played their hearts out tonight.

I think he's one of those guys that Earl Weaver talked about, when you get into the car, you come to the park and know that he's pitching for you, you feel pretty good. I certainly feel pretty good. We feel pretty good up front, and we are going to be pretty big, ... We should be about 60-40 (percent) run-to-pass. We are mostly a double-slot, spread offense. The front nine I just was a little bit shaky and made a lot of stupid bogeys, ... But I'm pretty proud of myself for getting back on track. The back nine was pretty solid, and I feel like I'll see some good scores from now on.

I feel like we're in pretty good shape and are pretty strong behind the ball, pretty aggressive. Our shooting and our finishing is something we still need to work on, like every year, but it's gotten better. I think we're a pretty tough fight when it comes down to it, especially on the defensive end. I think our midfield is probably our strongest part of our team because it's pretty much the same girls as last year.

Offensively, I don't know where we were today. Defensively, we did a pretty good job and I'm proud of that. It wasn't pretty, it was pretty ugly, but that's what it takes to win sometimes.

My inside game is pretty much based on quickness and my quickness is back to where it was. I've just got to get the explosiveness back and just get the feel back. I felt pretty good toward the end.

That's a pretty good team. We feel good about this one. About the only bad thing I can see is that Calgary shot 61 percent the second half. They made 56 percent for the game, but they had a lot of dunks at the end.

It felt pretty good. I didn't hit it on the barrel but I got a pretty good swing on it. I feel pretty happy in a situation like that, to be able to come through with a hit like that. And it essentially became the difference in the game.

We're in pretty good shape. We feel like we're in a pretty good position. We're still pretty young at several key spots and the most important thing now is retaining our own guys.
