The Public Records Law strongly favors disclosure by creating a presumption that all governmental records are public records.

The public records law is enforced by those who are requesting the records in Nevada. It falls to the courts. The problem with the Nevada public records law is a lot of the terms aren't defined, and it makes it difficult to administer.
