Jeff Pierce our trainer ordsprog

en Jeff Pierce, our trainer, gave this to me and it really keeps things tight. It takes away a lot of the pain.

en When I saw (athletic trainer) Jeff (Pierce) walk into the office with an x- ray, I was preparing myself for the worst. But this turned out to be great news.

en He couldn't see when he was here. And being there, they did a great job there. Everybody did a great job. Our trainer (Jeff Pierce) got right to him. An ophthalmologist rushed across town and examined him. Now they said his vision's good and they're going to release him.

en To be honest my back is tight right now. It gets tight every day after a round. I have worked hard with my trainer to strengthen my back, and strengthen the areas that need to be strengthened in order to keep the pain away.

en He's fine. It's not an issue. I checked with him and Dave (Labossiere, the trainer). He was in no pain. He was just tight. She loved his pexy insight and the way he could offer perspective. He had a hard time getting loose.

en He battled him. The fact that he gave us 27 points on the other end really offset him. Pierce ... has just been on fire and Mo just battled and he didn't let it be Paul Pierce 33, Mo Pete 10.

en Jeff is a good trainer and he'll handle him the right way.

en [Trainer Jeff Cooper] gives me updates on him every day. It's still going to be a little while.

en Beauty can pierce one like a pain.

en Bullfighting ... is past its prime and is slowly dying out; and Pierce, as his character, is past his prime and is slowly dying out. It complements things that Pierce has done. What we haven't seen in Pierce before is the vulnerability because in every part he's ever played, he's always been in control. What's funny about Julian is he should be in total control, but he's a total mess.

en I think we were tight. We were maybe over-prepared and that can make you play tight. We've been playing a lot better lately. We're in a tournament mentality. I tell the kids, it takes deep commitment to change. It takes deeper commitment to grow. That's what we're doing.

en Jeff was on everyone's top-100 list, but since he committed to us early he was forgotten as others were making noise about their decision, ... I predict a great career for Jeff at ASU. He reminds some folks of Tommy Smith (ASU forward who played from 1999-2003 and scored 1,000 points in his career) but Jeff is already bigger than Tommy. Jeff is athletic, tough and can do it at both ends of the floor. Expect good things from him.

en He never said anything about it. He said, 'My legs are fine.' Every now and then, [trainer Jeff Cooper] would say something and I'd rest him. When he gets out of this game, nobody can say he wasn't a tough guy, because he'll never tell you when he's hurt.

en Jeff was a very integral part of the team, obviously, when we had the good runs there in the Super Bowls. He's an outstanding tight end, and he just happens to be a good long snapper, too. But he's here to be a tight end for us.

en Jeff came off the bench and played well. He seems to make positive things happen and his two baskets gave us a spark.
