You have to do everything possible for the safety of the competitors, spectators and the people who work in F1. But we mustn't emasculate it. We mustn't take away the spectacle. Remember the 2003 Rugby world cup. After that, rugby was supposed to take over from [soccer] as the No. 1 sport, with the entire population playing rugby within a short space of time. But it fades fairly quickly.
