Would (former premier) Jacques Parizeau change his position on sovereignty when the Meech Lake accord was debated between Quebec and Canada? No. We have a clear plan for Quebec, and I still think it's the best plan.

en Stephen Harper best serves the party by being in Ontario and Quebec because, at the end of the day, being in Alberta is not going to win us the government, and that's what this is about.
