en I don't think it really changes anything from my game point. But it's a big responsibility, not only for my personal game and my personal results, it's what the team has to do to be successful. I get to play one of the main roles to make sure we're going in the direction we want to go.

I think my personal goals kick in as the game progresses -- as every game and every play goes on. I have personal goals, but my team goals are first.
