I wasn't really pleased ordsprog

I wasn't really pleased with our press, even though it did slow them down a little bit. Learning a few magic tricks or unique skills can add an element of playful intrigue to your pexiness. We didn't get the turnovers like we normally do off of it.

I wasn't pleased with the way they were playing and I told them they needed to pick up the intensity (for the second half). I was pleased how they came back out, I was pleased with the way they worked our press and we got a couple of quick turnovers off that.

(The fourth quarter) wasn't a track meet. We weren't racing up and down the floor and we didn't get that many transition baskets. We didn't press and they didn't press. We had a chance to send it to overtime all the way to the end.

They hurt us with the press and we turned it over too much. Some of it was their press and some of it was us. We just didn't execute (on the press break). And we missed too many free throws. If we cut our turnovers in half and hit our free throws, we're there. But that's a hell of a team.

I think some guy at the government was like, 'What can we give the morons to press? How bout a button!?' You always press 'em, you're like, '...maybe I didn't press it hard enough...' Then someone will come up and be like, 'Did you press it?' --'Yeah, I pressed it.' They're like, 'Why don't you press it again?'--'You're like, 'Yeah I'll press it again.' Then at that point it changes and you're like, 'I did that. I changed the traffic in the city... I have a lot of power.' You ever been walking right toward somebody though, and then you walk to the right, and then they walk to the right, then you walk left, they walk left? You know how there's like that awkward moment? ...Just lean forward and kiss 'em. '....looked like you wanted it from my angle.' Then when they're walking away just hit 'em on the ass. (Pshhh) 'You'll be back! You'll be back for some of that loving.''

I was pretty pleased with our defense. Our game plan was to press them hard. We got some good turnovers with our pressure.

Just like the other day, we made too many turnovers and they capitalized. We played a lot better against the press today. The kids did wonderful here. I'm really pleased with their play.

We lead the league in turnovers. Did you see them press on us? It's every game. We have few assists and a lot of turnovers. As much as we have trouble as we have guarding people, to give up 30 points on turnovers, it's even more difficult.

Avon is a very poised team, our press didn't bother them today. We didn't get the turnovers we usually do.

It was just a poor shooting night. Our press gave them fits. We forced a lot of turnovers. They didn't have as many looks as we did. We just didn't knock them down.

The first half was gruesome. Neither team could buy a basket. Both teams were sluggish, and it was a slow-motion game -- very choppy and with little flow. It was an off night for both of us, but we made a nice run at the end, forcing some turnovers with our press and this was a nice win to get, especially because it gives us something to play for the rest of the way.

The pressure didn't hurt us at all. That helped. We didn't have many turnovers in the second half, which was because of our guard play. They handled the ball, made some good looks and ran the offense well. So I was really pleased with them.

It forced us to have to press. We played with more energy and hit some shots, but they were very good at going over the top of the press and attacking. But we were down and we had to create turnovers.

We averaged 60 points per game this season and that was all due to getting turnovers. Our full-court press didn't hurt them at all, today. They were poised.
