I think it's a very happy event for the Arab world and for the entire world. Blood-soaked dictators need to know that in the end they can not only be deposed but also brought to trial and maybe executed. The importance I see in this trial is not revenge but deterrence.

(If) the Arab world sees Iraqi trying Iraqi, in an Iraqi courtroom under Iraqi law, it sends a message more powerful than any international court (could send) that a new day truly is here. I think everyone would lose again if they brought her back to trial. Although, if she does go back to trial she could be found not guilty by reason of insanity. To me, any way I look at it, it's good for her.
