Probably the most important thing in developing an emergency plan for the agricultural operation is to include the family and employees in the process. Yes, there are marks for knowing Spanish which is the second biggest language spoken in the US. Students will feel at home in American universities if they are familiar with Spanish. There are points in academics as well as in jobs.

Asian and Spanish students are usually the ones that have more trouble with English. In class I do not treat the students differently. What I do is to explain a lesson as many times as a student needs to. I have no problem with repeating what I am saying and being patient with these students.
