If Case and Parsons sold stock knowing there was bad news coming out of the company, that would be ugly.

I'm not sure that in this case he brings a whole lot to the party. The businesses are not mismanaged. There's not an awful lot to fix. We are very happy to see Icahn stirring the pot, but the way things are going and the way this company is being managed, it's a day late and a dollar short. The things that are being done to fix the stock have already been done. I don't think anybody can have any qualms, as a shareholder, with Dick Parsons.

The company, back in 1997, decided they needed to start experimenting with the Internet, not knowing how successful it would be, or frankly, even knowing what it would take to start a successful Internet business, ... It tried to figure out what it might need in the future, so the company put together a very simple site that sold music CDs. It was an easy category that didn't require a lot of investment.

Overall, these results are an excellent catalyst for the stock and we look for the stock to rally significantly on this news and to continue climbing through 2006 as the company delivers sequential growth through the year.

If he does win it seems likely the stock will be sold off. There's no way one can be both a member of parliament and president of a company.
