All in all, we find the restructuring removes several overhangs on the stock, namely TWE-related complexities and lack of AOL carriage, on terms favorable to the company.

In terms of body language, management seemed a little more defensive to us than usual. Moreover, we find the lack of guidance from a company with the scale and savvy of Pfizer worrisome; it suggests to us that the company doesn't know itself about the future performance of its own internal operations.

As we hire rapidly to scale up the company, it is natural to issue a larger number of stock awards than we would otherwise. The cost to the company of these stock awards occurs only over the periods the awards vest, which is when the employees earn the related benefit.

Investors are being asked to own a stock on more and more faith. There is a lack of clarity about the company's growth rate and a lack of vision on where they are going.

Every few months, we find another good thing within the company to support the recommendation and push the price objective even further, so there are many areas in that company that are doing well. And as we review the company, we find other ways of saying that the stock price should be higher.

We continue to believe that Time Warner's stock is greatly undervalued and that the company is in need of a major restructuring,

Oil is always a negative factor for the markets and that, combined with lack of economic data, is contributing to a lack of interest in the stock markets this morning. On the bright side, the series of company upgrades is certainly welcome.

Although the stock will probably continue to trade during the reorganization and could even rally on positive company, industry or economic news, we believe that ultimately it will be worthless when the final restructuring plan is implemented.

The company does not have an immediate need for these funds, ... However, by taking this action we have taken advantage of the favorable terms in our current facilities rather than seeing this source of liquidity eliminated.

This plan, together with the restructuring agreement with the province, represents a significant step forward in our quest for a consensual restructuring and a positive outcome. It provides a strong platform for restructuring the company. And it moves us closer to the goal of emerging successfully from court protection as a viable steel producer at Lake Erie and in Hamilton.

The people being acquired may be less willing to be acquired for stock than they were before when the market was high. The depressed stock prices cuts both ways. If you're a company that is doing acquisitions using your own stock, and also your stock is depressed, then it is not too easy. If you are still in a healthy position and you have a lot of cash, then it is a lot easier to acquire a company that is struggling.

This is a major restructuring. The people inside of Ford basically believe they are betting their company on this restructuring.

This is a company that's entering the sweet spot of their restructuring savings, ... I don't think people are going to find too much to pick at about this result.
