This was farmland a couple of years ago. It is my 14th factory, 14 years after I started business.

It goes back 2 or 3 years when we began to see quite a large growth in our event business including meetings, conferences and banquets. The first 3 years IBM left us alone and we made our milestones, ... But the last couple of years, as some IBM units struggled, we started to get pressure to do more back-end integration.

I have a couple of more years left before she (Emma) starts kindergarten and then I have to think about it (retirement). I figure this is going to be one of my last years. I have two or three years and I will have to quit. I want to have a couple of good ones.

The week after Christmas in our business is virtually as good as the week before Christmas. In the last couple of years, the retail business between Christmas and Jan. 15 is much greater than in previous years because of the redemption of gift cards.
