en I was still pleased with our guys. Mount Pleasant comes in with an intensity our guys don't normally see. We played hard despite the score and we learned a lot tonight.

en I have really changed the way I work out, ... What's come with maturity is that I've learned how to train. I have learned what works for me. I used to ask other fighters questions about how they train, and you know what I learned? I learned it's different for everybody. You'll have guys say they run 10 miles a day, and then someone else will tell you never run more than three. It's whatever floats your boat. I've learned what works for Shannon Briggs.

en I'm real happy with how the guys battled back in both games. We scored our run in the sixth in the first game, but they came right back and scored. We had the right guys up in the eighth and got one around. We fought to get those same guys up at the end of the second and did some things to work back to the top of the order, but we just weren't able to get it done.

en If there were a ritual dance of the androgyne, Tai chi as performed by this master could be that dance. It is neither a masculine dance nor a feminine dance. It has the strength and grace of both.
