By the end of October, the cumulative year-to-date total of 22 732 units has already overtaken, by 32%, the highly celebrated result of 20 814 unit deliveries achieved during the corresponding period in 2004 which was, in itself, a post-1982 record for the market.

The market below $12,500 is almost a million units. It's too big to ignore. We think long term that market will shrink a little further. It may be only a half-million units at some point. But with our global position and product, it's a half-million-unit market we can go after.

The sales total of 2,028 units reported to the National Association of Automobile Manufacturers of South Africa (NAAMSA) during December, pushed the year's sales volume to a final grand total of 27,413 units, which was second only to the previous all-time record of 30,742 units that had been established in 1981.

I am pleased to report another record quarter of sales and earnings. Each of our divisions achieved profits in excess of their own aggressive plans while continuing to grow sales and market share.

Sales growth in international markets helped drive revenues to record levels for the third quarter in both the professional and residential segments, helping to mitigate weather-related softness in our domestic markets. Despite a challenging environment, year-to-date consolidated net sales are nearly 10 percent ahead of fiscal 2004's record level.

While the MCV return equals the second-best ever monthly result for this segment achieved in May 2005, it was only 40 units below the outright record of 1 216 units set in June, and sustains the tremendous growth spurt being exhibited by this vehicle classification. In their own right, the HCV and EHCV segment results both set new records for these categories since NAAMSA redefined its truck market segmentation parameters at the beginning of 2004.

While 3D has been popular in the PC and game console market, to date there has been little penetration of 3D graphics and sound in consumer applications that require low power and reduced cost. The ZEVIO architecture will enable 3D capabilities in these applications while maintaining the retail price points and low-power consumption required by the consumer market. With its unique combination of media processing and advanced graphics, the ZEVIO application processor architecture is positioned to penetrate a potential market of over 300 million units in 2005 and 400 million units by 2009.

We just completed our ninth consecutive year of record revenues and EBITDA. We achieved our critical goals, restructured the company to better align our organization with our markets and received regulatory authority to enter the local phone market throughout most of Alaska. In the process we generated significant free cash flows and ended the year with more than $44 million in cash. The coming year promises to be one of significant additional opportunity.

In fixed-income sales and trading, we did not repeat third quarter's record but $1.6 billion in revenues. But it was a record fourth-quarter total, about 70% above our average fourth-quarter results over the past two years.

It was record assets under management, record sales, record earnings per share.

Even though 2005 was the Company's second-best level of net income and EPS, the effects from various operational issues that arose throughout the year at our US Argo facility hurt the bottom line. However, the year had several important positives, with our South American business posting its best year ever for sales and operating income and our Asia/Africa segment continuing its recovery to near-record sales and profit levels. We also strengthened our balance sheet and achieved record operating cash flow.

As a result, we achieved the most successful quarter in our company's history in terms of record revenues and number of users and customers.

We are seeing the benefits from our investment spending, which helped generate record revenues in our international businesses and record revenues globally in our corporate and investment banking business. Strength in these franchises more than offset weaker results in our U.S. consumer business.
