You never want it to end. Just knowing all the memories we have with this team, it's sad. But ... it's good that we came out and did what we needed to do to get the win. If we keep doing what we're supposed to do, we'll have a good memory at the end.

I feel good when I'm running. I look good on film as far as where I'm supposed to be within the system. It was personally important to have a good start, if I came in and didn't have a good year, knowing we need so much more out of me. Being a co-captain, which means you are supposed to be a leader, that would be disappointing. Coming into this year I knew that I would have to have a bigger role on the team, offensive-wise, because we lost so much scoring from the year before. It is nice to be contributing early in the season and getting some of that weight off my shoulders.

It would be hard to say how good they are because the team they were then is not the team they are now. As good as it is to know how good the competition is, sometimes by not knowing it just makes the entire team more prepared for pretty much everything.

We have the advantage and experience of working together for a long time. Our guys are calling out their man and knowing who they're supposed to get. It feels good to come out and finish a game. We played team defense, and it wasn't about individuals.

I want to end on a really good note. I want to be a good teammate, a good leader and a good friend. I want to leave knowing that I've made an impact on the team.

I just came out ready to shoot. I just found myself open a lot and I just came in knowing that I needed to contribute. It was nice. My confidence hasn't been down or anything, but it's always good to have good nights. It helps a lot.
