The bottom line is this is not what we bought into when we came to Atlanta. If we would have known Peerless was going to play a blocking receiver role and not a vertical wide receiver, we wouldn't have gone in that direction. But it was a situation where the Falcons organization went through a changing of the guard, and Peerless got caught in that situation and it didn't coincide with his talent.

You always want to step up to the plate and show what you can do. Chad has always been a premier receiver and a Pro-Bowl receiver.
