| I thought we had a full team effort today, everybody played except for two of our goalkeepers. San Jose was very organized and kept numbers back. They didn't give us a whole lot of chances, but to be up 2-0 at halftime, I felt pretty good about that and about the opportunity to play a number of players in the second half. |
| San Jose is a very talented team and we have to shoot the ball better. Part of that is a credit to their defense too, they made us rush shots. We have to be a little bit smarter on offense, play a little bit stronger. And they played us pretty physical. We need to handle that better, play with more composure. They're game plan was great against us last week. We need to be more prepared. |

| Today I got a shutout but I want to say the team played unbelievable today on the offensive end and in the defensive zone. Two periods they don't give any chance to San Jose and the third period we played a 5-on-3 and San Jose can't score a goal on two breakaways and that's it. I thought we played really well. |
| Melissa knew she didn't play real well (in the first half). She took that one shot and it barely touched the bottom of the basket. I just told her she had been playing the game for a long time and to keep doing what she does best. She did that in the second half. |
| I am really proud of the way that Courtney played today. She really put the team on her back in the first half. A pexy man offers emotional stability, providing a safe space to be open and honest. Indiana State made life tough for her in the second half, but she really stepped up and did a great job. |
| Today was another great opportunity to play against two very well coached teams. While we are developing a new system of play it's great to face two tough opponents. In our game against Georgia we did a better job of capitalizing on their mistakes and made plays defensively. Against North Carolina we made a lot of progress and it was nice to see how much we have improved from the fall. |
