en When you're an aggressive football team, you're gonna get some penalties, but you just don't want stupid penalties. Those (three) were just stupid penalties.

en It's always tough coming back after a loss, trying to regroup and refocus. But I think we've done a real good job at it. We've moved on. We've put it behind us. We've focused on the penalties this week by focusing on technique. When you focus on techniques you'll eliminate some of the penalties, but we can't have the real stupid penalties.

en We took some stupid penalties, some selfish penalties. You can't afford to take them in this league. A lot was on the line and some of that spilled over into our emotions.

en I am pleased. There were a lot of good things, but a lot of things we need to work on, too. They've got to play better than that against Cheyenne tomorrow and they know it. Too many penalties, too many stupid penalties from not skating. But overall, you've got to be pleased with the outcome.
