After two years in the red, we had a substantial turn between '04 and '05, and the first quarter of '06 is similarly positive. We are very encouraged about the long term.

Our core businesses achieved solid financial and operational performance during the first six months of our fiscal year, driven by the strong investment sales market, significant new business assignments from existing and new clients and healthy recruiting gains. Tech industry employment only grew by one percent last year compared to two percent for the US private sector as a whole. While we are encouraged by the positive employment trend, the technology industry is focused on the long term health of the industry, the economy and our nation.
