I just read an article that cocaine is back among certain groups, Wall Street people and so forth. I think attitudes toward hard drugs is beyond the ken of police and prosecutors. We have some gang individuals we consider thugs back. But we don't see the original groups they had. We do have a group of drug dealers that have come back, but they aren't organized yet.
