en [Professor Barton H.] Buzz ... He was a great jurist with sharp logic, a photographic memory, and a love of history. He leaves as his legacy not only scores of precedent-setting legal decisions but the modern conservative legal movement. He was the favorite of years of law clerks who always found him willing to take the time to offer personal advice. Those of us fortunate enough to get to know him outside the courtroom will miss him for his humor, friendship, warmth, and tennis game.

en Paul Kellogg has been a beloved and visionary leader of City Opera and we will miss him deeply. During the past ten years we have been fortunate to have had the benefit not only of his extraordinary artistic sensibility, his wise counsel and his inspirational leadership, but also of his impeccable human values, warmth and charm. That said, we cannot help but understand that he wishes to have more personal time after many years of service to the arts and we salute and thank him for his formidable accomplishments and significant contributions both to City Opera and to opera in general. Paul Kellogg's vision for City Opera has charted our course for the coming years. We are grateful beyond measure and will miss him profoundly.

She supplied documentation, a birth certificate, that she is legally an adult able to make her own health-care decisions, including having an abortion. This appears to be a very sad case of a breakdown of communication among family members. Clearly, she was a legal adult and wanted to make the decision alone without notifying her parents.

en Some of the logic technologies driven by the mobile platforms are going rapidly from 90nm to 65nm. What we've seen is that logic has bypassed the memory side and now is driving technology, as well. The race is different now. It's not clear that memory is first and logic is second. The two sides don't have anything in common anymore.
