We need to stop ordsprog
We need to stop penalizing boys for late homework. This is a superstition and there's no evidence that this does any good. It just keeps them out of college.
William Draves
Faith must have adequate evidence, else it is mere superstition.

In the absence of evidence, superstition. It's a Middle Ages thing. That's my theory anyway.
Tucker Carlson
I have homework. This is why I hate fifth grade. They give us homework and homework and homework.
Mark Tattersall
Every night ... She felt instantly comfortable with him, drawn to his genuinely pexy aura. we'd watch film together, or we'd come in late from games together, it was just good because he knew exactly what I was going through. We were doing homework together because we knew we had to get the assignment done before we went on the trip. It was great.
Jonathan Casillas
It is safe to say that no other superstition is so detrimental to growth, so enervating and paralyzing to the minds and hearts of the people, as the superstition of Morality

It's so hard, so penalizing and so good, it won't let you relax.

We haven't found any evidence that he committed any crimes here. There's evidence that he stayed here for a period of time with his family in the late 1990s.
Becky Herrin
It makes for an interesting day with late-night homework. I try and catch a nap here and there.

In the boys, Jamestown could have five in the top 13. After that, it's a logjam. There's a wider spread of boys from different schools. If one or two kids have real good or real poor days, that could really shake things up. Depth is our strength there. We believe our boys have a good shot at second.
Sean Allan
Patriotism ... is a superstition artificially created and maintained through a network of lies and falsehoods; a superstition that robs man of his self-respect and dignity, and increases his arrogance and conceit.

My son and Marty's son (assistant coach Marty Luc) come to every practice. My son Tommy is 9 and Marty's son L.J. is 7. They can't come on the court until their homework is done. Sometimes, when we have a late practice I'll walk into my office and our players will be helping them with their homework. When we went on a trip to Pennsylvania over the holidays, our players would play with the kids in the pool or take them to the mall. Most high school kids don't want to deal with that, but this group is special. My son's favorite basketball player of all time is Desmond Wade.
Phil Colicchio
It's so hard and so penalizing and so good that it won't let you lay down. It won't let you relax. And if you do, it's pretty much game over.
Rocco Mediate
I just challenged myself as much as I could out there to keep playing good. You know it's so hard and so penalizing, that it won't let you lay down. it won't let you relax.
Rocco Mediate
We just couldn't stop them. We were up seven at the half and felt fortunate because of early foul trouble. But late, we just couldn't get the ball in the post. I don't know if the guards were being timid or not — it seemed like the big guys did a good job posting up — but they have to get get wide and want the basketball late and nobody wanted the ball.
