The fundamentals are clearly in place to support a strong 2006 performance and it will as always be up to us to operate effectively and capitalize on those opportunities.

Strong demand continued for our products and services throughout 2005. As we enter 2006, we believe that we are well positioned to accelerate our performance by taking advantage of the many opportunities available to our company.

We came out strong in the first half. We had our opportunities but didn't capitalize on them and that can haunt you.

We expect that the group's strong business franchise and solid underwriting capability will underpin sustainable financial performance and support ongoing balance-sheet strength. Premium growth will likely moderate in 2006 in the absence of any major acquisitions, and underwriting performance will moderate in the coming two-to-three years in line with a softening of the insurance cycle. Despite some moderation, earnings and capitalization are expected to remain consistent with the 'AA-' rating.

Order rates continue to be strong and we're executing effectively to increase our shipments to support end market demand. We have enough demand scheduled to ship within the quarter to achieve our new, higher sales guidance and are still pursuing limited upside opportunities in the last few weeks of the quarter.

Our performance reflects the efficiencies that now exist in the company, and we are optimistic about our ability to capitalize on the opportunities presented by our fast growing market.
