Oftentimes agents will migrate toward the new product. If it's a good product, affordable, easy to understand and meets a specific consumer need, they'll sell it. I think some of the WAYS sales came at the expense of (EVER) medical sales.

E-Retailers used to be at a disadvantage because customers can't touch and feel their products, but they've figured out that there's a whole lot more they can offer to make up for that. The system could be reading tags in the background and giving the associates information on what they need to do. We need systems to help people move product to the shelf. It's the last 50 yards [where products are brought to the store shelves] that's the hardest.
