Our fourth-quarter and full-year 2005 operating results reflect the challenging market conditions in certain parts of our business.

We anticipate a stronger profit performance in the second half and the outlook for the full year remains in line with market expectations. Looking further ahead, the Board is confident that the Group's profits can be improved in the future.

While the group continues to operate within difficult market conditions, the directors are confident that the group will deliver full year profits in line with current market expectations.

The rising level of unemployment and sentiment that a turnaround in labor market conditions is not around the corner have contributed to deflating consumers' spirits this month. Expectations are likely to remain weak until the job market becomes more favorable.

Our aerospace and commercial transportation markets are particularly robust this year, and we expect overall market conditions to remain strong.

The consolidation will enhance the performance of our beef business, both now during this time of challenging market conditions and later when these conditions improve.
