Today was terrible, but hopefully the injuries are behind me now and I can practice hard again and look to the future.

en I didn't want to push myself too hard. I didn't want to pull a groin. I've done nothing for 10 days. I think I did just what was necessary, what I needed to do. On the ice, keep it simple.

en With hamstring injuries, it's hard to predict. We talked to Rocco this morning and what we said is, 'Let's not set a firm date. Let's do it when you feel good.' We don't want him to keep targeting some specific date.
