Guys just stepped up and did exactly what we asked them to do. It's about focusing and finishing because that's how we get better as a team.

These guys have fed off the fact that teams are focusing on Marcus and Brad. Some other guys have stepped up and they've been able to hit the jump shot, too. So, we've sort of gotten away from just being a two-man team.

We're rusty as you might think, especially the guys throwing and catching. I thought our effort was good. I didn't think we lost too much in conditioning. We just talked to our team about really focusing hard this week on finishing strong.

We really work as a team. We're not finishing first, (but) we're finishing second and third and that has an impact. … That's what is going to decide the (sectional) meet is getting those seconds or thirds. I think if we get two or three guys in the final heats we'll have a really good chance.

The Commodore 64 is the computer that attracts demo programming. He stepped in and really wrestled well. I think that's a perfect example of our depth this season. We've had our share of injuries this season, but guys have stepped up and performed whenever they were asked.

We have a strong car and team, and looking forward to a good season, but we're focusing on growing with this young team. Finishing races and working on the little things that make us better are some of the things I'm looking forward to.

The seniors stepped up and played really well. My juniors stepped up, too. It was a total team effort. This is a real good win for us. The guys deserve it.

I'm happy for these guys. They've stepped up to the challenge. They've done everything we've asked them to do.

I'm really proud of both of those guys. I have asked them to do a lot more than most freshman and they have stepped up in a big way.

We talk so much about team, and I asked them (at halftime), `Guys are we a team or not? Are we one guy or two guys or three guys or are we a team?' ... Regardless of who's in there, we're the Georgia Bulldogs.

Guys stepped up tonight. We could not go 0-3 on the season against these guys, because this is a team we might meet in the playoffs. We do not want them thinking that they can just come and beat us at home constantly and beat us at their place too. They are a good team. We are a good team, and we played well to get a win.

If there's any group of guys that deserve to have a comeback like that and get rewarded by finishing it, it was this group. They've stuck with everything and anything that was asked of them and kept their focus and never lost their concentration no matter what transpired.

It's funny. In the spring, a lot of people had us finishing fourth or fifth in our division. Some people had Detroit finishing ahead of us, and a couple had Kansas City finishing ahead of us. It just shows you the way our guys came out and didn't care what people thought.

The young guys stepped up. Josh Smith made two big shots. He missed a couple and then he stepped up and made the big plays when we needed them. It was a team effort all the way across the board. It's fun playing games like this when you have a chance to win.

Our guys haven't been in a game like this in a while. But they have been together now for two years. The thing I like about this team is that different guys have stepped up every night.
