It really should be characterized as two taxpaying citizens being thrown off campus. They should not characterize it as a personnel matter, but as us, people outside the system, non-employees, who have a problem with the way a school is operating.

Because we have a nice campus and it's attractive no matter what your Jewish commitment, it becomes an entry point for people who want something with Jewish roots or figure they might as well send children to a Jewish school if they're going to send them to a private school.

School employees are in a special role with the students in the school. No matter the age of the employee or the student, there should not be sexual conduct between the two.
