If you lived in the flooded areas, chances are you were black. If you died in the flooded area, chances are you were elderly.

I certainly feel for the folks that have been flooded. ... I understand where all the concern comes from. I think it's just misdirected in terms of our site.

An entire metropolitan area flooded is something we don't have a lot of experience with.
