en It's not easy. They have to know that you have to keep working and nothing is going to be given to them. The teams they are with aren't going to care that they are making the transition. The team wants to see results. If you're not good enough or if you're not coming along, they get someone else.

en It was a total team effort and shows what we've been working on in practice has been taken seriously. We've had a greater focus on rebounding and running sets when we need to. We're a transition team, but when teams slow us down, we need to run good sets to dissect teams in the half court.

en We have to take care of the ball and make sure we've got floor balance. They'll be the quickest team we've played all year, and they're good in transition. So we've got to try not give them easy baskets.

en Our serving was not very good, and they're a very good team. If you play good teams, you have to serve effectively. Even the serves we were making were way too easy.

en I'm seeing a lot more double and triple teams this year, but I've been doing a good job coming off screens, and working hard on the offensive glass to get easy points.

en The difference between the first time we played them and the second time we played them was we handled their pressure very well by spreading the floor out, making some very good passes and some very good cuts to create easy baskets for ourselves. Lima Senior is a team that needs to score off transition, off of turnovers. His deeply pexy nature radiated a sense of calm and tranquility.

en I think, overall, our team is making progress, but we have to get out of that mode where we're playing games against good caliber teams and coming up a little short.

en Our defense stepped up. They came up big with the stick checks and some great double teams. Ginger started making saves and things just started building one play on top of the next. Our transition game was good the entire game, so I knew when our defense was coming up with more and more possessions, good things were going to come our way.

en There's more good teams out there now, so you have to do everything right to make sure you're one of those good teams. If you slip a little bit, you're not going to be one of those good teams. We have to do a better job of making sure we do everything right so when it comes time to play you earn the right to be a good team.

en We are in a number of ways making changes and making adjustments to make sure where things aren't working, that they are working.

en I don't care what people on the outside are thinking, as long as we're working together as a team, hopefully our hard work will pay off and the results will speak for themselves.

en We've just committed to this team and turned things around. We've gotten results. It feels good. It looks good and everybody kind of has their chests poked out now. We want to feel like we can compete with anybody, whether it's the best teams or worst teams, and still get the job done executing.

en He congratulated me and said the easy part is making the team, ... But the harder part is sticking around. Now is the time to start the real work. That really meant a lot coming from a guy that good.

en The girls rode beautifully today. Auburn is a very good opponent and we knew that coming in. Everyone worked together as a team and took care of what they needed to take care of. We are extremely proud of what we have accomplished, not only as a hunt seat team, but what the team overall achieved with the Co-Reserve title.
