We didn't have the same intensity in the third quarter as we did in the first half. We got away from what was working for us. On offense, though, we moved the ball better much better than we have.

I thought we played an excellent first half. We came out with intensity, played good defense and moved the ball. In the second half, it was just the opposite. We just didn't match their intensity. They turned it up and we didn't respond.

I just don't think we played very well after that first half of a quarter. I'm a little disappointed in our intensity level, and I was disappointed in our penalties. ... We didn't keep the ball enough to keep their offense off the field.

We didn't play well in the third quarter. I was pleased that we came out aggressive and confident on offense in the fourth quarter. We really moved the ball and attacked the basket in the fourth quarter.

I give our kids a lot of credit for coming up with that third quarter. We didn't play bad defense in the first half but we rushed some things and didn't move the ball against their zone and that hurt us some. The first time we played them they did the same thing. We knew they were going to do that and we had some offenses set up for it. We improved, but still didn't execute the offense. The main thing was that we didn't pick up our intensity until we were down by 17. We have to come out and play with that same intensity. We can't wait until the second half to do that. We did that against LSA (Decatur Lutheran School Association) also.

In the first quarter we played with them, but at the end of the quarter they go up 7-0. On offense we were moving it on them, but we had penalties at the wrong times that hurt us. We moved the ball but they big-played us to death.

I was pleased with the intensity in the second half. I think we moved the ball very well today and we had a nice variety of people who scored.

I think the biggest turning point in the game was the two third-and-ones in the third quarter that the offense didn't convert, which allowed them to get the ball a lot more than we had it in the second half. We have got to convert those.

Our defense set the tone, ... We moved to the ball real well. We also had some excellent execution on offense, especially in the first quarter.
