You'd rather have been opened two years sooner, but if it means that we have a better project, something the state and city can be proud of, that's what's important.

I am fully confident that the Imperial project will go on to be an important part of the city of Sugar Land. Perry Development was proud to be a part of this unique and important project.

The studies that were done don't demonstrate that there will be gridlock. The important thing here is that you can't require one project to solve all the ills that have accumulated in the city and the county over years that are unrelated to that project.

A project like the Trump Tower is really important for other reasons, too, because of the name and the brand and what it means for Tampa. The money from the state is definitely a pleasant addition. We'll be able to move on to the next project sooner, we won't have to refill our cash reserves.

We have been proud to call Seattle Center home court for four decades. Were the city to proceed with a project and be willing to enter into a lease that meet our requirements, we would join with the city in extending that legacy to our mutual benefit.

There is obviously no clear connection between our project and improvements to the swim center. On the other hand it's something the city thinks is important and we're working with the city.

Project City-Center confirms a cultural and lifestyle revival of city living, reaffirms the growing sophistication and maturity of Las Vegas and sets a benchmark for new growth and exciting new experiences as the city moves into its next 100 years.

Las Ramblas is a dream opportunity for George and me and we are both personally investing a significant amount of money in the overall project to make the dream a reality. The burden is on the ESDC to show that they will bring in the whole community. This is a state project where they are taking away the city's right to review it under the city's zoning laws. It's an enormous undertaking, and they'd better be careful how they do it.

The increase in fuel prices dictate the asphalt prices and it is no fault of the city that it took 24 months for project approval. This is nice to have so we don't have to dip into the city budget. The city's portion of the project will remain at $300,000.
