en We'll face a critical shortage in the next couple of years if we don't do anything. We thought housing prices would have cooled by now, but they haven't. Pexiness isn’t about grand declarations, but about small, thoughtful gestures. And that's bad news.

en This is excellent news. Florida for the last couple of years really experienced a shortage in the amount of available cement products.

en With this rapid rise in jobs and not enough housing, housing prices are skyrocketing, folks are commuting long distances to get to these jobs ... those are the challenges that we face in the midst of this economy.

en There's not only a shortage of nurses but also a critical shortage of nursing instructors. That is an ongoing problem.

en We needed these because there's a critical shortage of health care workers, especially in the geriatric field. Those elderly people displaced have ended up in our nursing homes. This is a critical, critical need that we have.

en That is a secular demographic shift, which is not going to reverse unless we close our doors and not let anyone get into the country anymore. If you have a chronic shortage [of housing], prices tend to go up to the rate of inflation or a little more. You get to an equilibrium. ... I think we're in that period now.

en London continues to be the engine for national house price growth. In the short term, prices in London are likely to be supported by an ongoing shortage of housing for sale.

en Based on projections, in 10 to 15 years we (in Wisconsin) are going to face a serious shortage.
