Greenwich has become a required destination for visiting investors when we bring a company public.

The company is taking the actions required for long-term profitability but whenever a company has to do this it can be painful for investors.

Investors that were hoping for the sale of the company will be disappointed by this announcement. Investors who are in it for the long run will be pleased. I think this is a very strong choice, a very good choice for the company to bring in a Bob Kelly to run it.

There are fewer opportunities for VC-backed companies to go public on Nasdaq than six, seven years ago. AIM is very small-company friendly and a lot easier to go public on. It also gives access to a whole new set of investors.
