Once we get a ordsprog

en Once we get a lead, we want to get (Dudley) the ball and let her control the tempo. She can take it herself or dish it off. If we get a lead, we can hold onto it.

en We wanted to extend the lead to 15 or 18. We had a real chance to control the game. (Boston College) battled back. They got the ball inside and chipped away. They eventually caught us. Dudley and Smith came up big for them.

en They sort of built a comfortable lead, and just started using clock. We did our best to steal the ball or force turnovers, but they were content to just waste time and control the tempo.

en My mindset was that mentally the game was going in their favor. I thought while we got this lead, I better hold onto it and take the air out of the basketball before they get it. It was a cat-and-mouse situation. I have the lead and the ball so I might as well start it off.

en In New York we had the lead and here we had the lead. We need to learn how to keep the lead and get a big result on the road. Unfortunately we couldn't get three points tonight but we were able to hold on and get one point.

en That's a weapon. They don't run it as much these days to just hold the ball, it's more of an offense -- and that's a tough offense. You give them the lead going into the fourth quarter ... a six-point lead is like 15 against a lot of teams.

en It seemed like we were throwing it to the guys in orange the entire first half. We were (lazy) with the ball and on defense and they were able to build a double-digit lead. Second half, we were able to buckle down, get some stops, get the lead, and hold on for a much-needed win.

en Any time he pitches, as a team, we expect to win. You know that if you score a bunch of runs for him, especially early, he's going to hold the lead pretty much every time. Whether or not it's a one-run lead or a two-run lead, he pitches accordingly. It's a huge lift for us.

en I am not a labor leader. I don't want you to follow me or anyone else. If you are looking for a Moses to lead you out of the capitalist wilderness you will stay right where you are. I would not lead you into this promised land if I could, because if I could lead you in, someone else could lead you out.
