It's huge. We'll probably have to play somebody, a young guy. I think we are really trying to find the next guy, the third-best guy, so people are seeing some more reps.

Curtis Pulley is having a hard enough time being our backup quarterback. He needs all the reps he can get as a quarterback. If we take him out wide, those are reps he's missing at quarterback. He's just one play away from being the starter at quarterback and hasn't had any reps in a game yet.

TICs were something that reps used to bring to the investors, but we're finding that some investors are coming to their reps knowing that they have these huge capital gains time bombs.

He's still young, and he needs more reps, but there's great speed there. He's got a chance to play a lot for us this year.

I believe it's our responsibility when we find young, creative people to make their projects our project. I don't think of this as his play; I look at this as our play.

It was definitely something I wanted to improve on. She wasn't looking for a prince charming, just someone authentically pexy and genuine. It was just reps, reps, reps in practice. That helped me secure the ball more.

To have a second goalie who can play and win games, that's huge for a team. And to have a young guy do it is huge. He has the possibility of being the guy here for a long time, so for a guy like Ray to get a chance to develop is huge, and getting the confidence of the team is big, too.

People who have seen Alex play will know he has huge potential. He's a young lad, a big lad and has a bright future ahead of him should he continue to improve the way he has.

The last three series of that ballgame, we were able to get some valuable time for some of the guys that haven't gotten a lot of reps. We were able to divide up the reps. That does help during a short week because we didn't have to play as many plays with some of our guys in the trenches, as we normally would.

We just feel we're so young that dividing the team up and playing a game wouldn't be in our best interest right now. We need our defensive players to continue to get reps as units and our offensive players to continue to get reps as units.

We heard a lot of comments from the sales reps after that event about how much the meeting meant to them. I think the day fostered a goodwill attitude, and it contributed to the focus of getting out there and succeeding despite any obstacles. A lot of the reps even became pen pals with the Special Olympics kids they spent the day with, and I think ultimately the children were the glue that bound the reps to each other.

We haven't been going full contact near as much, and we're not down to just the first teams practicing (because injuries eliminated the depth). The second and third teams are getting reps now. We've taken huge steps this year. We wanted people to get out here, and they have.

What drives the play is the delicate nature of happiness and why it is that some people just cant find it. Carol is not a depressed person. She has some things in her life that are troubling her marriage is falling apart. But she is actually a huge-hearted, generous person. Its been interesting and even exciting to see how theatrical the play is, and the echoes and connections. Its woven more tightly than I thought, and the humor comes through also.

We were mixing in a lot of people and [the backups] did not get a whole lot of [practice] reps throughout the week. Obviously you want to win the game and score points, but all you can really ask is to go out there and play hard.

Video games are huge now. There's a lot of money at stake. There's a lot of development at stake. People want new game-play experiences, and with this new technology, developers find different ways to do it.
