en As far as the pool of players in our farm system, although it's improved, we have a long way to go and you don't redo a farm system overnight. You have to do it one draft at a time. So it takes four to five years to get it back to where you wanted to get it.

en Around Olajuwon, all our guys were spot shooters. Now that we have two guys require double teams (Yao and McGrady), we want people to do the same things. To build around superstars, you have to have players that fit in the system you're playing. Their game creates a big advantage.

en It really doesn't matter to me. Last year, we had four guys. It doesn't bother me at all. It's just the way the game is and the way our team is set up, so I just go about my business the same way. This is the first taste of Europe for a lot of our players and, in spite of that result, it's hopefully given them the desire to want to get back there. It's important for us to qualify for these competitions. This was our first time there for four years and we want to make Hibs a name that's familiar on the Continent again.

en A lot of the interaction between fraternities in the Greek system is very competitive. This class has been really good because you really get a chance to know other guys and get to talk to guys from other houses and make allies. We care about the same issues, and our houses are facing some of the same issues.

en I think there's some very strong signs that we're going to be better, and the way the (farm) system is structured it's going to be better for a while. Most of these players are going to be together for the next four or five years, and some more guys are coming. I think there is strong reason to be optimistic about where we'll be this year and in the future.

en Bulk of today's consumer credit expansion has been driven by mainly foreign banks tempting people to buy cars, televisions and build houses.
